Project description:
The aim of the plant is to treat industrial wastewater generates during operation of Direct Reduction Plant (DRP) and Steel Manufacturing Plant (SMP) based on environmental standards and national regulations, and also, to prevent the pollution of the environment. moreover, the brine water from RO WTP unit flows to this unit in the aim of increasing RO recovery plant.
Wastewater Treatment unit is designed to treat industrial wastewater which is the mixture of blow down and overflow from cooling towers (SMP and Auxiliary plants) and filters backwash water from WTP. The RO unit is designed to desalinate brine water of WTP to produce 185 m3/h desalinated water using RO technology.
