Project description:

Design of oily wastewater treatment, and sanitary sewage and reuse treatment is done for an Oil Refinery Company. MGET manager is engineering MC in this project.
The aim is to achieve the environmental standard for disposal and to reuse water in the processing plant and principally as a make up for cooling towers or inlet water for demineralizing unit.
Oily waste water flow to oily wastewater treatment unit with oil content of 1000 ppm which is reduced to 10 ppm after treatment.
Also, oily water from boiler & cooling tower blow down and demi package are combined and flow to reuse treatment unit with oil content of 5-10 ppm in Reuse Treatment Plant.
Domestic sanitary of the refinery plant is routed to sanitary package.
