Project description:
3000 m3/day permeate water with feed water in EC range of 1500 µS/cm to 25000 µS/cm is produced.
The feed water for this plant is taken from an open channel which is extracted from the river and is entered to reverse osmosis system after pre-treatment.
Reverse Osmosis Plant consists of following main process equipment:
- Cartridge filters
- High pressure pumps
- RO Blocks
- Dosing Packages
- CIP & Flushing package
Highlights:
The most challengeable part of this plant was as following:
- Existence of significant levels of Bacteria, coliform and overall biological microorganisms in feed water
